Iris Sparrow (@iris.sparrow) will be your photographer for this magical playtime with light at Divine Movement in Kirkland, WA.

We’ll be shooting in Studio C on 45mm stainless steel poles. Your backdrop will be the dark wall of the studio - we’ll only be lighting the pole and the space right around it, in rich, deep, beautiful color. And, we’ll have light toys for you to play with! We’ll be using long exposures in the camera to capture light trails from the LED whips, bracelets, and necklaces, plus capture your pretty pole poses!

What to wear/bring: Bring anything you have that glows or lights up (especially heels!), and wear your brightest colors, whites, or nudes.

Plan some beautiful, simple poses with long, slow, ascending or descending entries. If you want to do floor poses, think about how to add motion to those poses - maybe an arm sweep, a kick, or a twirl into them. (Or - you don’t have to play with the light toys at all, you can just do a classic pole shoot and capture your favorite movement in our beautiful, colorful lights.)

At this shoot, we're offering 25 minute appointments. You get an online proof gallery to choose your 15 favorites. About two weeks after the shoot, you’ll receive the link to that gallery. 30 days after you send us your selections, the fully edited, high resolution digital images will arrive in your inbox via Google Drive.

We try to make the process as effortless as possible from your end. If it’s less stressful for you, we can even choose your images! Just let us know at the shoot.
